ELIGIBILITY

The iSuggest sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of iSuggest and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

ENTRY PERIODS

The Sweepstakes period includes seventeen (17) Weekly Entry Periods from 5/13/2012 and 9/03/2012 as described below. All weekly entry periods begin at 12:00 AM PT and end at 12:59:59 PM PT.

DETERMINING WINNERS AND ODDS OF WINNING

Each week, a random prize drawing will be conducted by iSuggest (subject to the schedule listed above) from all eligible entries received for the applicable Weekly Entry Period. Sponsor will award up to one (1) Weekly Prize per Weekly Entry Period. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received in a given Weekly Entry Period. iSuggest will contact the winner by phone or email at which time the potential prize winner will be required to provide valid contact information including name, address, phone and email address. Failure to provide the above information in the time noted will result in the disqualification of the potential winner and an alternate Prize winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. Only two attempts for an alternate will be conducted per Prize. If attempts fail, unclaimed Prize will not be awarded.

HOW TO ENTER

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of a weekly period regardless of the method of entry. Entries received from any person, email address, phone number or household in excess of the stated limitation will be voided. To be included in sweepstakes, valid consumer feedback must be submitted to an iSuggest participating business. Feedback must be submitted via iSuggest by to a specific business by SMS, mobile web, or mobile apps. Submitting feedback comments that are considered by iSuggest to be incomplete, intelligible, junk, or sent as a test will be disqualified.

PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): The following prizes will be awarded -

Seventeen (17) Weekly Prizes (one per Weekly Entry Period) The weekly winner will receive an electronic gift certificate with a value up to $100.00. Winners may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release before receiving the prize. Winners are responsible for paying all income and other taxes associated with the prize, if any. Accepting the prize grants us permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE

By participating, Entrants (a) release Sweepstakes Entities, their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including. Neither Sweepstakes Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or television related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.
